This is a practice of letting go and redirecting thoughts to manifesting positivity! This meditation offers 17 minutes of awareness and connection to self. Energy Balancing Meditation
The Energy Balancing Meditation is a great way to learn about, and connect to, your energetic body. We learn about our physical bodies in school and through physical activities. However, our energetic body isn’t taught or focused on as much in our culture. It is so important to have resources to know how to use tools to balance ourselves. We are constantly in flux between balance and imbalance. When we are out of balance we don’t feel good. Give this meditation a listen when you feel out of balance.
