It is administered by removing energetic blockages and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Thai Yoga can be done on a Thai mat on the floor or on a table for Table Thai. A variety of yoga stretches are employed to improve range of motion and pressure to stimulate circulation. I hold 3 certificates in both Thai massage and Thai Yoga Bodywork.
